Depending on how you use BibleXY, we may collect:

- App activity, such as verses viewed, saved verses, reading progress, preferences, and interactions with explanations or illustrations.
- Subscription information, such as subscription status, product identifier, renewal status, and transaction identifiers provided by Apple, Google, or another authorized app marketplace. We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Device and diagnostics information, such as device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, performance data, approximate region, IP address, and other technical logs.
- Communications, such as messages you send to support and any information you choose to include.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve BibleXY.
- Display illustrated Bible verses and detailed explanations.
- Remember saved verses, preferences, and reading progress.
- Verify subscription access and manage free-versus-paid content.

- Analyze app performance, fix bugs, and prevent misuse.

4. Subscriptions and App Marketplaces
BibleXY may offer in-app subscriptions through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized marketplace. Those providers process payments under their own terms and privacy policies. We receive limited subscription records needed to unlock access, validate purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support.
5. Sharing Information
We may share information with service providers that help us run BibleXY, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, subscription validation, email delivery, and security vendors. These providers may use information only to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Analytics and Diagnostics

You can manage in-app subscriptions through the app marketplace account where you purchased them. Deleting BibleXY from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
BibleXY is designed to be suitable for users age 4 and older. Children should use BibleXY with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. If we collect, use, or disclose personal information from a child under 13, we will do so only with verifiable parental consent where required by law, or as otherwise permitted by applicable children's privacy laws.
Parents and legal guardians may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's personal information, or to withdraw consent for further collection or use. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
11. International Users
If you use BibleXY outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from where you live.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating the effective date, posting a notice, or providing an in-app message where appropriate.
